This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Recipients of technical access data are GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and GitHub B.V., Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In particular, your IP address is processed when you access a page. GitHub logs and stores IP addresses for security purposes.

The legal basis for providing the website is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is operating this portfolio securely and reliably. GitHub retains data as necessary for the relevant processing purpose, security measures and legal obligations. GitHub does not publicly specify a fixed retention period for Pages access logs; I do not keep my own copy of these logs.

For contract-related enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on my legitimate interest in responding to incoming enquiries. Providing this information is voluntary; I cannot reply without a way to contact you.

I use Gmail from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, for email communications. Google LLC in the United States may also process data. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers covered by the certification rely on Article 45 GDPR. Details: Google Privacy Policy and information on data transfers.

I delete enquiries once they have been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further retention.

This website does not set its own cookies, use analytics or marketing services, or load external fonts or social-media embeds. Instagram is linked only. A connection to Instagram is established only when you open the link; the provider's privacy information then applies.

Your rights
